We have an exciting new update coming to Handle very soon.
As part of our current report overhaul, the social report will be the second of the Handle reports to be updated, following closely behind will be the feedback report.
So here’s a sneak peak of what to expect.
I don’t want to spoil too much for you, but you can expect to see these brand new metrics including:
- Follower reach
- Follower ratios
- The strength your following has to spread your message
- Your engagement stats
- The amount of engagement you get over a 6 month period
You will be able to see the performance of your Facebook and Twitter channels. Handle will then create your own personalised action plan so that you can improve the weak areas of your social performance and manage your strengths.
Your action plan will include resources, tools, services and help to take your social performance to the next level.

These updates have been made to make Handle even more intuitive and get you quickly to the areas that need improving and that are going to add most value to you and your business. You will be able to analyse everything that matters for a strong social strategy, from how much you’re sharing, how many people you are reaching and the amount of engagement you’re getting.
